Based in Toronto, Minoh is revolutionizing digital printing services across Canada by helping businesses become more presentable and appealing to their target audiences. We are currently looking for an administrative assistant with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry. Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail‑oriented, follows instructions well, and has robust customer service skills,someone who can communicate clearly with customers regarding payment collection. Responsibilities include: - Collect receipts and invoices and document with the required details - Handle AR collections - Prepare bank deposit slips and complete physical deposits - Update payments in industry related software - Company credit card payment processing - Other administrative duties as required Desired Skills - Strong analytical skills - Excellent communication skills - Motivated self-starter - Data entry skills with high degree of accuracy - Organized and able to prioritize - Attention to detail - Confidentiality - Able to work independently Experience - 2 years Bookkeeping experience required - 1 year Admin experience required - Knowledge of Xero required - knowledge of receipt bank a plus - Experience using Microsoft Office computer programs (Excel and Word) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.95-$22.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oglca
