Line Cook/ Kitchen Staff Etobicoke

Firkin on the Bay (Etobicoke – Lakeshore & Park Lawn) Cook / Kitchen Closer (BOH) – Firkin on the Bay, located in the Humber Bay Shores area, is looking for experienced Line Cooks / Kitchen Closers to join our team. We’re a high-volume pub with a solid, supportive kitchen team. If you work hard, move quick, and take pride in your station, you’ll fit right in. What you’ll be doing: Preparing and cooking menu items to company standards Setting up and maintaining a clean, organized station Handling closing duties and ensuring the kitchen is left spotless Assisting with prep and supporting the team during service Following all food safety and sanitation standards What we’re looking for: Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen Ability to work clean, fast, and stay organized under pressure Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and consistent Pride in your work and attention to detail Availability Requirements: Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Closing shifts required Compensation & Perks: $18–$20/hour (based on experience) Bi-weekly kitchen tip-outs Staff meals provided Important Requirement: Applicants must already be legally eligible to work in Ontario (valid work permit or equivalent)(We are not able to sponsor applicants without current work authorization) Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits: Discounted or free food Store discount Application question(s): Are you currently living inside the GTA area?
