Payroll Specialist (Etobicoke)

Role: Payroll Specialist Location: Etobicoke (5 days onsite) Our client in the manufacturing / pharma space is looking to hire an experienced A-Z payroll qualified to join the organization Overview: - reporting to the HR Payroll Manager - hands on experience processing full cycle payroll ideally within a standalone environment is ideal - managing multi-provincial payroll for 400+ hourly / salaried employees in Ontario and Alberta - strong practical systems knowledge for ADP WFN - ability to manage a multi-pay cycle environment - benefits administration, year end reporting and reconciliatons - PCP certification considered an asset - strong communication able to act as employees first point of contact regarding payroll related questions and maintaining the organizations "open door policy" For you - base salary based on experience (75-80K) - discretionary annual bonus structure - 3 weeks vacation - employee perks onsite + free parking - benefits after probation INDCAP Portfolio are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position.
