Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our restaurant’s standards, ensuring high-quality food service for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and presentation standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for replenishment Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours Skills Proven experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, or related roles within a restaurant or food service workplace Solid knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently in a quick-paced setting Excellent understanding of the food industry practices and restaurant operations Skilled in kitchen techniques, including basic cooking methods and food presentation Positive communication skills and ability to work well within a team Attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency in every dish prepared Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during busy service periods This position is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts who thrive in a team-oriented environment committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
