Host/Hostess/Cashier (Falls View)

The Holiday Inn by the Falls and Coco’s Restaurant located on Murray Hill, Niagara Falls, is looking for a Host/Hostess/Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities: - Provide a high standard of customer service by efficiently and accurately dealing with all guest transactions. - Adheres to proper credit and cash handling policies and procedures. - Use of proper telephone etiquette, answering all calls in a timely and professional manner. - Search out opportunities to go above and beyond for customers needs. - Promote good will by being courteous, friendly, skilled, and helpful to guests and co-workers. - Greeting and welcoming guests, taking reservations and seating guests accordingly. Requirements: - Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. - Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands. - Be able to maintain an energetic and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail.
