The Holiday Inn by the Falls and Coco’s Restaurant located on Murray Hill, Niagara Falls, is looking for a Host/Hostess/Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities: Provide a high standard of customer service by efficiently and accurately dealing with all guest transactions. Adheres to proper credit and cash handling policies and procedures. Use of proper telephone etiquette, answering all calls in a timely and professional manner. Search out opportunities to go above and beyond for customers needs. Promote valuable will by being courteous, friendly, skilled, and helpful to guests and co-workers. Greeting and welcoming guests, taking reservations and seating guests accordingly. Requirements: Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands. Be able to maintain an energetic and positive attitude in a rapid-paced environment. Attention to detail.
