In this pivotal role, you will oversee the governance and risk management framework for Legal and Corporate Secretariat (LCS). Serving as a trusted adviser to the Group General Counsel, you will lead the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Operational Risk Framework, ensuring effective oversight of both legal and non-legal risks. Your mission will involve fostering stakeholder engagement to enhance decision-making and manage potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:• Act as the primary adviser on risk and governance • Lead the ERMF and ORTF implementation initiatives • Oversee management of non-legal risks at LCS • Chair the LCS Non-Financial Risk Committee meetings • Provide oversight and expert guidance on risk practices

Requirements:• Extensive experience in Banking or Law-related fields • Recognized expertise in governance and operational risk • Strong analytical and judgment skills in assessing risks • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders globally • Strong leadership and ethical standards
