In this role, you will be a Personal Banker who connects personally with customers to assist them in achieving their financial goals and promotes investment returns.Responsibilities

Play a key role in advising customers on high‑level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options. Engage with customers through thoughtful financial questions to create positive experiences and deepen relationships. Increase customer financial confidence by providing personalized advice, answering questions, and addressing concerns while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems. Maintain a professional workspace in common areas in accordance with marketing and regulatory guidelines. Work closely with existing and prospective customers to provide financial reviews, discuss portfolio updates, and suggest additional personalized solutions.Stay knowledgeable about emerging issues, evolving regulations, and industry codes of conduct, and participate in process improvement opportunities. Strive to achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets. Prepare documents consistent with relevant regulations and business intentions.Participate fully as a team member, help build a positive and diverse work environment, mentor others, and address communication issues efficiently. Requirements

High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience. Post‑secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset. Completion of IFIC or an equivalent qualification. CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired. Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience is an asset.Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions, and concepts to provide personalized advice in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in software tools including MS Office and internet applications. Tactful communicator capable of exchanging ideas and customer information concisely and logically.Self‑initiator with strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
