Carpenter Apprentices will support carpentry work for This company at a remote Alberta location. The role includes hands-on work in framing, formworks, finishing, and general carpentry tasks while following drawings and specifications. These positions offer a 3-weeks-on, 1-week-off schedule and exposure to modular structure work. High school diploma or GED Non-ticketed 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year carpenters will be considered At least 2 years of experience as a carpenter Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Ability to assist in construction, installation, and maintenance of beams, floors, walls, roofs, and exterior and interior finishingAbility to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Ability to maintain a clean and organized job site Commitment to promoting safe work practices Good math and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding critical thinking skills Ability to collaborate effectively with othersFlexibility and adaptability Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract Ability to work 10 hours per shift in a remote site location Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lb. on a consistent basis What Will Make You Stand Out

3rd or 4th year carpenter apprenticeship status Experience in residential, commercial, light industrial construction, and renovation industries Camp/Mobile Accommodations experience Certificates in Fall Protection (OSSA), Confined Space (OSSA), Aerial Work Platform, Working at Heights, Forklift, Scissor/Boom Lift, Rigging and Hand Signaling, and Standard First AidExperience with EPDM and Dec-Tec roofing installation Specialized knowledge and experience working with modular structures
