Description: Major Job Functions: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external rental inquiries. Coordinate andmonitorrental fleetimplementation, maintenance, and readiness activities across branches and facilities. Prepare and manage work requests, service cases, budgets, and schedules ensuring alignment with quoted work. Track and manage Technology Minestar Hardwarelocation, movement, additions, and disposals. Maintainaccurate Technology Minestar Hardwarerecords, maintenance documentation, and compliance requirements. Identifyand escalate Technology Minestar Hardware, reliability, or cost risks discovered through service history or repair analysis. Rental Transactions & Contract Administration Perform the endtoend rental agreement and contract process for new, used, and Technology Minestar Hardware Create, verify, and manage rental contracts and supporting documentationfor rental customers of Minestar Technology Hardware Maintainaccuraterental portfolios and customer preauthorized payment information. Coordinate credit reviews and ensureaccuratecustomer and account data. Manage purchase orders and thirdparty supplier invoices related to rentals and fleet support. Invoicing, Billing & Financial Controls Prepare and process rental invoicing for new, used,Perform the endtoend rental agreement and contract process for new, used, and Technology Minestar Hardware Support andassistinvoicing groups as required Technology Minestar Hardwarerental contracts Issue credit and debit notes accurately andin a timely manner. Ensure invoice accuracy, monthend readiness, and adherence Operational Coordination & Stakeholder Support Coordinate daily communication between Sales, Service, Fleet Management, Repair Planning, Finance, Credit, Supply Chain, Warranty, and external vendors. Support connected asset technologies, system updates, and reporting. Maintainaccuratedata across, Infor Smart Office,DSP, and related systems. Contribute to fleet performance improvement initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities. Provide crosstraining and backup support within the rental coordinator team. Leadership, Compliance & Professional Standards Represent Finning in an ethical, professional, and customerfocused manner. Ensure adherence to Finning policies, procedures, and safety standards. Support regional leadershipobjectivesrelated to rental operations,utilization, and growth. Set and manage personalobjectivesaligned with corporate rental performance targets. Build strong internal working relationships and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture. Sound understanding of Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and the related applications Computer literate and proficient in MSOfficeapplications Knowledge of heavy equipment operation;haultruck,tracktype tractors, graders, and excavators Knowledgeof commercial impact of decision making anddemonstratesthe ability to negotiate skillfully through tough situations to best advance organizational interests Understanding of service billing, warranty processes, and fleet documentation Caterpillar product knowledge or familiarity (asset) Proficient with the Mine Starsuiteof technology products Mining Experience is an asset Accountability: Provide training to team members with the goal of meeting team and organizational objectives Develop Competency assessments todetermineworkforce acumen Developcomprehensive knowledge and experience with Caterpillar Mine Starproducts and product applications.
