The Role The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large, complex, and high-value projects. The Project Manager ensures that all projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires maintaining and growing client relationships, driving financial success across multiple projects, and championing continuous improvement in project delivery processes. What You’ll Do Client Relationships & Stakeholder Management - Lead and maintain high-level client relationships, positioning EJH as a trusted partner. - Resolve escalated project challenges and ensure alignment of client expectations with company objectives. - Represent EJH client and stakeholder meetings to secure repeat business and expand opportunities. Financial & Project Oversight - Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring profitability and financial health of the portfolio. - Approve and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies. - Drive accountability in project teams for cost management, schedule adherence, and quality outcomes. - Lead negotiations on major changes, claims, and contract-related issues. Safety, Quality & Compliance - Champion a culture of safety across all project teams and ensure compliance with OHS legislation. - Provide oversight to ensure projects meet or exceed quality standards and technical specifications. - Anticipate risks and implement proactive solutions to safeguard people, property, and the environment. - Factory visits to ensure manufacturing quality and timelines are being adhered to. What We’re Looking For - Post secondary Diploma and/or degree required; Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. - PMP, Gold Seal or CET designation are highly considered an asset - Minimum 5 years experience in a construction coordination or project management role - Modular Building Experience preferred. - Strong computer skills (G-suite, project and a general understanding of operating misc. programs) - Combination of inside and outside work as required by the project team. 75% of the position will be internal from the office however the ability to travel is important. - Valid driver’s license & passport; open to travel (up to 7+ days when required).
