The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic space for guests or residents. Experience in hospitality, hotel cleaning, or custodial work is highly valued, though training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties - Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards - Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed - Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a spotless environment - Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning - Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly - Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly - Assist with additional tasks such as laundry or special cleaning requests when required - Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Experience - Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is preferred - Hotel experience or industrial cleaning background is considered a plus - Familiarity with cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety procedures is advantageous - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00-$19.88 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nxxck
