Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and machinery. Fabricate parts and components as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules without disrupting operations. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical systems preferred. Familiarity with tracking maintenance tasks. Robust leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication within the team. Previous experience in a maintenance role is highly desirable.
