Ledcor is hiring a Lead Hand to oversee highway maintenance operations. This position emphasizes safety, equipment operation, and quality work monitoring. You will support the Foreperson in daily tasks and inspections while ensuring health and safety measures are met in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Conduct safety toolbox meetings and inspections daily • Assist in strategic planning for work milestones • Ensure work quality meets Ledcor’s standards • Operate heavy machinery when required • Address environmental and safety concerns proactively

Requirements:• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement • Supervisory experience in highway maintenance necessary • Preferred snow plow operation experience • Knowledge of highway maintenance specifications • Strong in both written and verbal communications
