Many schools within Aspen View are geographically located to allow beginning teachers to meet the requirements of the Northern Student Teacher Bursary and/or Northern Alberta Development Council bursaries Wood Grove Colony, located south of Thorhild is recruiting a teacher to teach K - 9. Aspen View Public Schools is inviting applications for a dedicated and relationship-focused teacher to join Wood Grove Hutterite Colony Schools for the upcoming school year. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive learning environment where strong community connections, individualized instruction, and meaningful relationships are highly valued. The successful candidate will provide engaging and responsive instruction to students in a multi-grade classroom setting while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Successful candidate must demonstrate an understanding of rural and Hutterite Colony communities. The position will begin on August 26 2026, the start of the 2026-2027 school year.
