Key Responsibilities:• Assist with daily operational tasks and toolbox meetings • Support the Foreperson in planning work effectively • Monitor crew performance for quality assurance • Operate heavy machinery at work sites • Address health, safety, and environmental concerns

Requirements:• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement • Prior supervisory experience in highway maintenance • Preferred experience with snow plows • Strong knowledge of highway maintenance specifications • Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency
