Boom Truck / Crane Operator (Fort Saskatchewan)

As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire bright, hard-working individuals to join our team. We are looking to hire a full time Journeyman Boom Truck / Crane Operator. Our operators will run our 40Ton XCMG truck mounted crane to assist with day to day tasks such as, but not limited to loading and unloading pipe and materials, vessels, tanks, equipment, as well as pick ups and deliveries around the Fort Saskatchewan area. Requirements: Clean shaven and FR Coveralls Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:15pm Overtime and Weekends will be required when projects allow. Overtime (1.5) is paid out after 8 hours per day, and on weekends. Job Duties: - Safely drive and operate company equipment and vehicles. - Fill out and maintain a Driver's Logbook - Practice proper load securement - Maintain and care for company equipment - Prepare safety, FLHA, documentation in the field and client sites - Operate company vehicles and equipment in a professional manner - Any other duties as assigned Successful candidates will have the following: - Class 1 Drivers License - Journeyman Boom Truck / Crane Operator Certificate - Minimum 5 years experience operating picker trucks in an Industrial workplace - Willingness to assist with other task during crane operating downtime - Capable of planning, and organizing tasks - Ability to meet deadlines - CSTS 2020 - H2S Alive - WHIMIS - TDG If you are interested, please submit resume, and list of current safety tickets through Indeed or in person.
