We are looking for a Project Planning and Control Officer / Project Analyst to support program planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across key aerospace programs and initiatives.

This role will work closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to support project schedules, budgets, risk tracking, documentation, reporting, and overall PMO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of project plans and action plans

Maintain project schedules, timelines, cost objectives, and progress reports

Analyze project data and identify opportunities for issue resolution and process improvement

Support project budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial resource allocation

Assist with risk analysis and mitigation recommendations

Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, briefings, and project documentation

Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, finance, and project teams to ensure alignment

Support quality standards, project deliverables, and documentation accuracy

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Project Management experience, preferably in an aerospace environment

Experience with new aerospace certification programs is an asset

PMP certification preferred

Strong experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project

Strong knowledge of project management tools, methods, reporting, budgeting, and risk tracking

Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, and time management skills

Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations, contracting, suppliers, and stakeholders is beneficial

Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and willing to travel
