Administrative & Operations Coordinator
Integrated Geomatics Inc. (IGI) is a Calgary-based company providing survey, remote sensing, and environmental services throughout Western Canada. We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to support the administrative, accounting, operational, and HR functions of our Downtown Calgary office.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Administration
• Accounts payable and receivable processing, including invoices, payments, cheques, and invoice uploads
• Bank reconciliations, expense processing, cash flow tracking and forecasting
• Assist with month-end procedures, GST reconciliations, payroll, and timesheet processing
Office & Operations Support
• Coordinate calendars, travel bookings, company events, and general office organization
• Assist with fleet administration and coordination
• Document management, reporting, data entry, and proofreading and formatting of company documents and policies
• Participate in ad hoc administrative and operational projects
HR & Team Support
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings and interview coordination
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employee training, and record management
• Respond to general employee administrative inquiries
Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field is considered an asset
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or accounting support role
• Experience with payroll, bookkeeping, or ERP systems is considered an asset
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
