Correctly documents and labels all orders through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. 5. Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards. 6. Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offers service including supporting issues to resolution. 7. Ensures strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintains a clean work area, cleans spills immediately, and checks equipment before use. 8. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, safety, working conditions, and quality standards.
