We are seeking experienced professionals to guide the highway maintenance teams at Ledcor. Your supervisory experience, combined with strong communication skills and a focus on safety, will ensure the success of our operations. This role also involves assisting the Foreperson and identifying key quality metrics for work performed.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist in daily safety meetings and equipment inspections • Support Foreperson in work planning and milestone achievement • Monitor crew performance quality and compliance • Operate heavy equipment on-site as needed • Address health and safety concerns with urgency

Requirements:• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement • Supervisory experience in highway maintenance or related fields • Snow plow experience is preferred • Strong understanding of highway maintenance standards • Successful completion of pre-employment testing
