Level 2/3 Educator (Fort Saskatchewan)

Job Summary: The Supervisor oversees daily classroom operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate workplace. This role supports and guides staff, maintains compliance with licensing standards, and ensures smooth day-to-day functioning on the floor. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and support teaching staff across classrooms - Ensure child safety and proper staff-to-child ratios - Assist with curriculum implementation and classroom quality - Communicate with staff and families as needed - Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards Qualifications: - Experience in licensed childcare (supervisory experience preferred) - Level 2/3 in Early Childhood Education (preferred) - Strong leadership and communication skills - CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour Benefits: - On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2psnor
