Experienced Fire Alarm Design Engineer, Fort Nelson

As a Fire Alarm Design Engineer, you will work within our post order Design Engineering team to produce essential fire and security system designs. Your expertise will guide project teams, ensuring that all designs are thoroughly documented and presented per standards like BS7671 and BS7273. This full-time position requires a proactive approach to manage the design process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:• Create and manage technical compliance in all design phases • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement design procedures • Effectively communicate project details to team members • Ensure all documentation and designs meet regulatory standards • Conduct additional duties as necessary to support team objectives

Requirements:• Previous experience in fire alarm system design • Familiarity with safety standards such as BS5839 • Good presentation and illustration skills • Detail-oriented approach to documentation • Strong interpersonal communication abilities
