Secondary Processing Engineer at NASG (Woodstock)

Join North American Stamping Group as a Secondary Processing Engineer in Woodstock, ON. This role focuses on programming, controls, and engineering to enhance production processes and efficiency. As part of the Sales & Engineering team, you will support quoting and costing for secondary processing across all production facilities. Required skills include experience in automotive stamping, welding, and automation. You’ll be developing innovative welding techniques, designing recent applications, and implementing system improvements to drive project success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement assembly tooling and machinery for projects - Create offline robotic simulations and programming - Review and ensure projects meet customer requirements - Monitor project performance using data analysis - Develop comprehensive project documentation and reports Requirements: - Associate’s degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent experience - Project Management experience in manufacturing environments - Knowledge of MIG & Resistance welding and automation processes - Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software - Excellent analytical and communication skills Drive improvements and engineering solutions with North American Stamping Group as part of their growing team.
