Responsibilities - Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas - Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens - Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences professionally - Effectively manage time to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments - Communicate clearly with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and feedback - Uphold high standards of cleanliness while respecting clients' privacy and property Experience - Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided - Proficiency in English is required - Skills in laundry, and general household chores are advantageous - Solid time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills in cleaning, organization, and customer service will be valued.
