Shannex is looking for dedicated candidates to assist with individual and group physical therapy. As a Restorative Assistant, you'll help residents with ambulation, document care records, and monitor resident responses during therapies. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and administer individual and group physical therapy sessions • Assist with therapeutic intervention programs developed by PT and OT • Help residents with ambulation using aids as necessary • Document care records and progress notes according to policies• Maintain equipment inventory and assist with audits and inspections

Requirements:• Diploma in Restorative Assisting or Bachelor’s in Kinesiology • Current First Aid&CPR or BLS Certification required• Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check upon hire • Advanced English proficiency; French is an asset • Passion for enhancing senior care services
