Counsellor - Part Time (Northumberland County)

Make a difference at Pathways to Independence as a part time RPT Counsellor located in Quinte. Focus on aiding adults with dual diagnoses through targeted support and management. In this role, you'll be responsible for case management and providing assisted living support to adults with complex needs. Empower clients by fostering their skills and encouraging independence through positive decision-making. Work closely with their support teams to create effective plans tailored to individual goals and living situations.
