AECOM is seeking a Civil Engineer with a passion for urban infrastructure to contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of major municipal projects. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of assignments that have a tangible impact on citizens’ quality of life, working within multidisciplinary teams recognized for their expertise. Key Responsibilities Participate in the design and coordination of urban infrastructure projects, including roadworks, water distribution and sewer systems, as well as urban developments and parks Carry out and/or review technical studies (road geometry, drainage, profiles, pavement structures, etc.) Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (environmental, traffic, structural, geotechnical) Ensure projects comply with applicable provincial standards, codes, and guidelines Provide technical support during the construction phase Participate in discussions with municipal clients and partners, and help maintain solid professional relationships Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick (APEGNB), or eligible for registration Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including municipal, urban, and/or provincial infrastructure projects in Canada. Solid knowledge of applicable standards, codes, and practices in New Brunswick Strong autonomy, professional rigor, and team-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ), or eligible for registration (an asset to support projects in Québec) Bilingual (English and French) Additional Information Sponsorship for obtaining a Canadian work permit is not available for this position.
