Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Assist in preparing reports and managing office supplies. Qualifactions Experince with Sage Accounting is essential for managing financial records accurately. Strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel are required. Experience with data entry, and administrative tasks is highly valued. Candidates with prior experience in clerical or office management roles will excel.
