Promotes continued sales and generating potential incremental revenue wherever possible. Description du poste CONNAISSANCES, COMPTENCES ET APTITUDES DEMANDES Diplme d''tudes secondaires ou quivalent. Diplme d''tudes collgiales, de prfrence. Une connaissance de la rglementation douanire canadienne est un atout. Une connaissance des produits et services Fed Ex Express et Ground est souhaitable. Capacit russir toutes les formations de base et de remise niveau. Doit tre capable de soulever 70 lb (32 kg) et de manuvrer, avec l''quipement appropri, tout colis pesant jusqu'' 150 lb (68 kg). Doit tre en mesure de complter et d''atteindre les seuils minimaux pour tous les tests et formations obligatoires. Doit pouvoir fonctionner dans un environnement informatique Windows. Excellentes comptences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication verbale. Bonnes capacits d''analyse et de rsolution de problmes. Bonnes comptences en ngociation Capacit dmontre grer le stress et travailler dans un environnement de travail trs exigeant, surveill et en constante volution. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES High school diploma/equivalent. College diploma preferred Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations preferred Knowledge of Fed Ex Express and Ground products and services preferred Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training. Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment Must be able to complete and achieve minimum thresholds on any mandatory testing and training Must be able to operate in a PC windows environment Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Good analytical and problem solving skills Valuable negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to handle stress and work in a highly pressured, monitored and changing work environment REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES High school diploma/equivalent.
