Role 1: Team Lead – Software Engineer (.NET) Location: Remote (LATAM/Nearshore) Duratio: 4-month contract Interview Process: 1-hour technical interview - Hands-on .NET Team Lead (50/50 split) leading a team of ~4 engineers while actively coding. - Focused on backend API development, security-driven integrations, and platform modernization in a microservices environment. - Requires deep expertise in .NET Core, REST APIs, Kubernetes (AKS), and event-driven architecture (Kafka). - Robust experience with Azure cloud, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Git). - Must be able to drive team delivery, mentor developers, resolve conflicts, and own outcomes. - Ideal candidates have experience with modern engineering practices and AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.).
