Courier / Messenger, Saint-Alphonse

You will report to the V.P. of the Civil Engineering and Construction Division. Your main role will be to collect and deliver materials or other items related to the operational or administrative activities of regional construction sites.

Travel : You will need to travel to the following regions: Granby, Drummondville, St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, and surrounding areas.

Salary : $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on your profile and experience.

Pick up and deliver materials and tools according to the planned route;

Load or unload materials at the destination;

Frequent travel;

Refuel drills with diesel on construction sites;

Purchase materials, equipment, and tools;

Actively participate in other warehouse tasks:

Sharpening drill bits;

Keep the area clean and organized;

Help receive supplier parts orders;

Operate a forklift;

Move equipment;

Assist with inventory management;

Follow occupational health and safety standards;

Perform any other related tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a courier.

SKILLS

You have a valid driver’s license (required);

You have a good driving record;

You are proactive in completing various tasks;

Good physical strength. You may need to lift weights exceeding 20 kg;

You are dynamic and energetic;

You are resourceful, autonomous, and hardworking;

You are reliable and have a strong sense of responsibility.
