Universal Call Center Rep: are sales representatives who are trained not only to excel in selling but also to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. Earn $21.50 CAD per hour Assist the customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule. Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. You can work more hours if you would like to do that. Set your own adaptable schedule between Monday-Friday: 730am-11pm EST (Peak: 9am-4pm EST) Saturday: 730am-8pm EST (Peak: 730-8pm EST) Sunday: 9am-8pm EST (Peak: 11am-3pm EST) Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, text message and others. Gig Responsibilities: Comprehensive Customer Assistance: Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking an appointment to customers'' general inquiries.
