Reporting to the Regional Safety Manager, this role emphasizes a strong preventive culture and effective implementation of Agropur's Health&Safety Management System. You will lead initiatives to coach teams, drive performance improvements, and facilitate incident investigations while aligning annual plans with site priorities.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop preventive culture prioritizing Health&Safety• Deploy and manage H&S Management System effectively• Influence teams to meet safety performance targets • Coach and monitor key preventive activities • Participate in Joint Health&Safety Committee meetings

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health&Safety• 3–5 years of H&S experience, preferably manufacturing• Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and best practices• Excellent communication and influence skills • Solid organizational and analytical abilities
