Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: Commitment to working safely coupled with strong communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work -hour shifts , including evenings and weekends, in a physically demanding industrial environment. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Previous experience in manufacturing or an OSB mill is preferred. Previous experience operating a forklift or loader is an asset. You will perform a variety of labour duties to increase productivity and reduce safety risks.
