Conducting well tests, collecting accurate data, and analyzing results. 2. Operating and maintaining well testing equipment and tools. 3. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 4. Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients. 5. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on‑site. 6. Preparing detailed reports and documentation of test results. Requirements 1. Experience: Previous experience in well testing (5+ years) is mandatory. We value a willingness to learn our systems and having a robust work ethic. 2. Certifications: Mandatory to have H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO and pass a urine‑based drug test before applying for this position. Additional in‑house training to be provided. 3. Physical Stamina: Well testing can be physically demanding, so candidates must be capable of handling the rigors of the job. Will be working outdoors, year‑round in all types of weather conditions on both day and night shifts. Typical shifts are 12hrs on a 21/7 rotation. 4.
