We’re looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Class 1 Driver Merchandiser to join our Grande Prairie team. This is a hands-on, active role combining delivery driving with in-store merchandising—perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in their work. What You’ll Do - Deliver products safely and on schedule to convenience store locations - Unload, stock, and merchandise products in coolers, shelves, and displays - Rotate inventory to maintain freshness and company standards - Build strong relationships with store personnel as a key company representative - Generate invoices and manage daily cash/charge settlements - Complete delivery paperwork accurately and on time - Follow all safety procedures and transportation regulations What You Bring - Valid Class 1 driver’s license - Clean driver’s abstract - Previous delivery and/or merchandising experience is an asset - Strong customer service and communication skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Professional attitude and appearance - Flexibility to work overtime or occasional overnight routes Physical Requirements - Lift and carry 45–50 lbs frequently throughout the day - Push/pull loads up to 250 lbs using carts and equipment - Comfortable with repetitive physical activity (bending, lifting, reaching, etc.) - Able to work in varying weather and road conditions What We Offer - Competitive hourly wage + overtime - Full-time, stable employment - Dental and vision care - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off - Meal allowances for overnight trips - Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth Why Join Complete Distribution?
