Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate Experience: Experience an asset Work setting In office customer service Tasks Install and overhaul heating systems Install refrigeration systems Install ventilation, air handling and air conditioning systems Read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements Troubleshoot heating systems Troubleshoot ventilation, air handling, refrigeration and air conditioning systems Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components Provide customer service Perform maintenance such as, recharging system with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators or calibrating system Handle, recover and store refrigerants Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation or heat pump systems Apprenticeship training Level two apprenticeship training Level three apprenticeship training Security and safety Criminal record check Driver's validity licence check Transportation/travel information Valid driver's licence Vehicle supplied by employer Work conditions and physical capabilities Bending, crouching, kneeling Attention to detail Personal suitability Client focus Dependability Excellent oral communication Flexibility Reliability Screening questions Are you authorized to work in Canada?
