Take charge of financial operations as the Accounting Manager overseeing a multi-entity structure. Ensure precise reporting, manage Accounts Payable, and support year-end preparations. Reporting to the VP Finance, this hands-on position requires expertise in developing effective accounting practices. Successful candidates will manage full-cycle accounting, oversee reconciliations, and assure timely deposits across projects. Your organizational skills will enhance accuracy in financial reporting and team productivity. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain full-cycle accounting records for multiple entities • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and track discrepancies • Calculate and file HST returns for each corporate entity • Ensure timely tracking of purchaser deposits • Supervise the Accounts Payable team and mentor staff Requirements: • 5+ years progressive accounting experience • 3+ years in construction or residential development • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sage 300 CRE is an asset • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively Embrace a pivotal role in ensuring financial precision and productive processes as an Accounting Manager.
