Key Responsibilities Assist customers with computer sales, upgrades, accessories, and service inquiries Provide basic technical guidance and help customers choose the right products Create quotes, invoices, and sales orders Support technicians by gathering customer information and booking service jobs Learn and maintain knowledge of PC components, laptops, networking gear, and IT services Keep the storefront clean, organized, and customer‑friendly Deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑paced setting Qualifications Solid communication and customer‑service skills Basic understanding of computers, components, and common tech terms Willingness to learn more about IT, hardware, and technical sales Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Sales experience is an asset but not required Why Join Us?
