Job Overview We are looking for a driven, fast-paced Network and Computer Technician to manage day-to-day operations, server infrastructure, and network integrity for our clients. This role bridges the gap between frontline user support and high-level architecture, requiring robust technical competence, quick execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Systems Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, active directories, group policies, and core cloud suites (M365, Teams, SharePoint). Network Maintenance: Monitor and optimize network health, switch configurations, firewall rules, and backup system integrity. Project Execution: Assist in executing client onboarding, hardware rollouts, and software upgrade plans alongside Tier 3 staff. Escalated Support: Resolve intermediate to advanced technical issues escalated from frontline staff, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate, exact time logs and documentation for all tasks, tickets, and configurations. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an IT service delivery setting or systems administrator role. Technical Skillset: Strong proficiency in virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), backup solutions, core networking (VLANs, DHCP/DNS), and Microsoft Cloud administration.
