Our client is seeking a hard-working
Customer Service Representative
to join their team.
If you are an organized, self-led individual, have strong organizational skills, and can wear many hats, this could be an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
This role offers the chance to work in B2B customer service, gain hands‑on experience with order management and logistics, and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Input orders into ERP system for sales accurately and efficiently; update customer details when needed Provide customer service across multiple channels (email, phone, in-person, etc.), delivering accurate details about shipping, payment, lead times, and other order details Communicate consistently with other departments regarding order details to ensure timely and accurate delivery; monitor orders throughout the production and delivery process, communicating changes when neededPrepare shipping documents (BOL, packing slips, customs documents, labels); review and confirm pricing alignment across all documents and systems Other ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications: 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in B2B customer service. Exposure to manufacturing or production environments an asset. Demonstrated excellence in communication, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Familiarity with basic accounting concepts, purchasing principles, and/or ERP systems are strong assets.
To be eligible for this role, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
