Job Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Cake Decorator and a Team Member for Front Customer Area to join our team in our Ice Creamery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service that delight our customers. This role involves designing and decorating cakes for various occasions, ensuring high-quality presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Duties - Decorate cakes according to customer specifications, themes, and designs using various techniques and tools - Prepare cake fillings, frostings, and decorations in accordance with recipes and food safety guidelines - Ensure all decorated cakes meet quality standards before packaging and delivery - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating station and kitchen area - Package finished cakes securely for delivery or pickup, ensuring presentation quality - Work as a Team Member (Scooper and Front Customer Service Associate). - Follow food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times Skills - Proven experience in cake decorating with a strong portfolio of designs - Knowledge of food safety regulations - Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in cake decoration processes - Excellent customer service skills to understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail - Strong understanding of food handling, packaging, and presentation standards within the food industry - Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required; a passion for decorating is essential - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members Join our team as a Cake Decorator/Team Member to bring creative visions to life while delivering delightful culinary experiences.
