ATCO is seeking a motivated Architectural Technologist to enhance its Design & Engineering team. This role is tailored for junior to intermediate-level professionals looking to build their careers in a collaborative setting. Engage in the design process and work alongside various teams to produce effective, compliant designs.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop BIM models and building code-compliant drawings • Prepare detailed and conceptual design layouts • Generate accurate material take-offs for accurate costing • Review design estimates and detect discrepancies • Support efficient design improvements and processes

Requirements: • Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent experience • 1–4 years in a relevant role • Proficient in Revit software • Knowledge of Ontario building codes beneficial • Effective communication and organizational skills
