Kitchen Bath Designer (Railway Industrial)

Donovan Mills Cabinetry requires an additional Kitchen/Bath cabinetry designer/sales associate to contribute to the continued growth of this organization. Our company provides an exciting and fast paced environment to work in as well as competitive compensation and benefits. Working with both private clientele and contractors, you will forge strong relationships to ensure repeat business and promote the features and benefits of the company and product range in order to close sales. You’ll be fully supported by a dedicated Sales Support Team and will aim to create fresh sales within existing accounts as well as maximizing new business opportunities. JOB REQUIREMENTS To be considered for this role, you must have: - Experience of sales and selling kitchen cabinets - Strong knowledge of 20/20 design Creative and customer focused, as a Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative, you must be communicative and able to create strong relationships quickly and easily SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES Proficient with 20/20 Software and MS Office Products. Excellent knowledge of the Company’s industry and trends impacting its business. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding Company revenue goals. Needs to be highly creative in his/her kitchen designs. Excellent organization skills. Ability to respond constructively to inquiries or complaints from customers. Excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to understand client needs through conversational interaction and convert those needs into solutions and sales. Candidate must be confident, well-organized, team player and process strong communication skills. This person must also have the ability to multi-task – interfacing with customers, logistics personnel, outside vendors and contractors.
