This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to contribute to innovative modular construction projects while building strong technical and design skills in a collaborative, fast‐paced environment.In this role, you will support the development of conceptual and schematic designs, produce BIM models, and create detailed construction drawings.You'll work closely with engineering, estimating, and manufacturing teams to deliver code‐compliant, cost‐effective designs that meet both client and operational requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop accurate, building code-compliant drawings and BIM models using RevitPrepare conceptual, arrangement, and detailed design drawingsProduce material take-offs to support procurement and cost accuracyReview designs against project estimates and flag discrepanciesCoordinate with engineering disciplines, estimating, and manufacturing teamsSupport design improvements and efficient construction processesContribute to the development and maintenance of BIM librariesEnsure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and internal quality requirementsParticipate in design reviews and manufacturing walkthroughs to verify accuracyMaintain organized documentation in a fast‐paced environmentOther duties as assignedJob QualificationsDiploma in Architectural Technology or a related field1–4 years of relevant experience (co‐op or internship experience considered)Proficiency in Revit (required)Understanding of building codes (Ontario experience is an asset)Exposure to wood and/or steel construction practices is an assetKnowledge of Arckance framing software is an assetStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesSelf‐starter with the ability to work independentlyWho we AreATCO Structures is a worldwide leader in modular design, manufacturing, and construction.
