Job Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Cake Decorator and a Team Member for Front Customer Area to join our team in our Ice Creamery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service that delight our customers. This role involves designing and decorating cakes for various occasions, ensuring high-quality presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Duties Decorate cakes according to customer specifications, themes, and designs using various techniques and tools Prepare cake fillings, frostings, and decorations in accordance with recipes and food safety guidelines Ensure all decorated cakes meet quality standards before packaging and delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating station and kitchen area Package finished cakes securely for delivery or pickup, ensuring presentation quality Work as a Team Member (Scooper and Front Customer Service Associate). Follow food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times Skills Proven experience in cake decorating with a solid portfolio of designs Knowledge of food safety regulations Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in cake decoration processes Excellent customer service skills to understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong understanding of food handling, packaging, and presentation standards within the food industry Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required; a passion for decorating is essential Positive communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members Join our team as a Cake Decorator/Team Member to bring creative visions to life while delivering delightful culinary experiences.
