Senior Medical Receptionist – Full-Time Our busy and growing podiatric medicine clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Senior Medical Receptionist to join our team in Grimsby. At our clinic, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and positive work environment. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in attention to detail and teamwork. What We’re Looking For - Previous medical reception experience preferred (1–3 years) - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems - Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Responsibilities Include - Welcoming and assisting patients - Scheduling appointments and triaging patient inquiries - Handling insurance claims, WSIB, HCAI, and estimates - Processing payments and insurance cheques - Preparing consultation letters and referrals - Maintaining clinic organization and following office procedures - Assisting with infection control and sterilization protocols (training provided) - Ordering medical and office supplies - Supporting a positive patient experience and clinic environment Additional Information - CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS training provided - Key holder responsibilities included - Some evening shifts required - (Clinic hours extend until 7:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays) Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience. Position Details - Full-time, Permanent - Primary location: Grimsby, ON, we do have a secondary clinic in Welland.
