Team members join a global network committed to technical excellence and long-term customer partnerships. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, provide order information, and support customers with quotations, pricing, and product availability. The role includes processing and tracking orders, coordinating with internal teams (such as sales, logistics, and technical support), and ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the company’s systems. The incumbent will handle issue resolution, follow up on open cases, and maintain detailed records to support service continuity and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities also include updating customer account information, assisting with returns or warranty-related requests, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. Qualifications - Strong Customer Service skills in Power Transmission industry. - Proven ability to deliver effective Customer Support and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction. - Experience enhancing Customer Experience through clear communication, active listening, and timely follow-up. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with professional phone and email etiquette. - Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools). - Solid organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial or manufacturing environment. - High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is an asset.
