We are seeking dedicated professionals for part-time positions in supporting individuals with complex behaviors. The Direct Support Professionals will develop Individual Support Plans and contribute to a positive living environment. Candidates must be committed to working 35-40 hours bi-weekly, covering various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist with task assignments from the Team Lead • Support residents with financial planning and tax preparation • Develop and execute Individual Support Plans and Person-Centered Plans • Set up and reconcile medications weekly • Conduct home inspections for compliance

Requirements:• Grade XII education or equivalent required • Community College Diploma or relevant degree preferred • Experience with developmental disabilities is an asset • Police clearance with vulnerable sector screening required • Valid G driver's license needed
